Mr. Schwarzbach has more than 30 years of experience managing and consulting healthcare and publishing organizations including audit.
Since 1992, Mr. Schwarzbach has specialized in the healthcare industry. He has been the Administrator for Pikes Peak Urology since 2016. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director of a large Internal Medicine Group and Endoscopy Center in Cheyenne, WY. Before moving to Colorado, he was the administrator of a large Radiology and Podiatry group in the Chicagoland area. His healthcare academic responsibilities ranged from being a Department Administrator for Medicine and Orthopedics at the University of Illinois at Chicago to a Section Administrator at Rush University Medical Center; both large academic medical institutions in Chicago. He spent several years at Arthur Anderson and Company consulting in their healthcare business division. Prior to Arthur Anderson, Mr. Schwarzbach was president of MM-LED, Incorporated, a healthcare consulting corporation he founded. Previous to that, he spent 5 years in educational publishing. While completing his MBA, Mr. Schwarzbach audited Health and Welfare and Pension funds and national retail chains.
Mr. Schwarzbach received his MBA from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in 1987 and his BBA from The University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1981. He is married and has two grown children.
Stephenie Turner Mishkofski
Office Manager, LPN
Ms. Mishkofski has over 35 years’ experience in patient care and office administration. She is an original member of the Pikes Peak Urology (PPU) staff, starting in 1993.
Ms. Mishkofski started her career at Homer D. Cobb Memorial Hospital in Phenix City, AL. As an Army wife, during the period 1983 to 1993, she worked in various settings, including Hampton General Hospital, Hampton, VA; Poplar Springs (Psychiatric) Hospital, Petersburg, VA; and Evans Army Community Hospital, Ft. Carson, CO. At Hampton General she nursed oncology patients. At Poplar Springs, she worked with adolescent and adult psychiatric patients. She then focused on utilization review. Later she provided direct patient care to soldiers and dependents at Evans Army Community Hospital in the GI and Urology Clinic.
In 1993, she helped in the planning and start-up of Pikes Peak Urology. As PPU grew in the years 1993-2017, she helped develop PPU’s Cystometrogram (CMG) program, and currently provides direct patient care and analysis for CMG.
She is a graduate of Baker High School in Columbus, GA, and the Cobb Hospital School of Nursing. She attended Richard Bland College of William & Mary in Prince George, VA, and medical continuing education courses for certification in Colorado.
Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Nurse Manager

Ms. Bruce has been a Registered Nurse (RN) in Colorado for 7 years and has had several different roles in patient care.
In 2010, Mrs. Bruce obtained her Associated Degree in Nursing. She immediately started working on a Medical Surgical unit in Pueblo, Colorado. During the same time, she started working in the Orthopedic Unit at Penrose Hospital in Colorado Springs, allowing her to gain extensive nursing experience. After a year on the orthopedic floor, she was promoted to the Charge Nurse, where she worked for the next five years while working towards her BSN degree. She moved from the orthopedic unit to the Radiology Care Unit doing outpatient procedures, including conscious sedation. In 2016, she became the ASC RN Manager at Pikes Peak Urology allowing her to manage the new Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Ms. Bruce plans on continuing her education. She has been married for 18 years and has 4 beautiful girls.
